Ros was awarded an Exhibition to study piano with Phyllis Sellick at the Royal College of Music, and won prizes for accompaniment at the Guildhall as a postgraduate.
Theatre credits include: Musical Director for Urinetown, Stop The World I Want To Get Off, The Witches of Eastwick, Company and Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raving Queens (LIPA); RENT (20th Anniversary Concert Tour); Assistant Musical Director for That Day We Sang (Manchester International Festival); The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (Gielgud); La Cage aux Folles (Edinburgh Playhouse); Sunday in the Park with George (Wyndhams); The Woman in White (Palace) and Bombay Dreams (Victoria Apollo). Original Children's Musical Director for Matilda (Royal Shakespeare Company) and The Sound of Music (London Palladium).
