Karen has lived and worked in the North West for over 25 years. She started her career at the Co-operative Group working in Liverpool and the North West, before moving to Prospects and then the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG).

In 2010 she won the Jaguar Land Rover Arts & Business Sustained Partnership Award with Dudson Limited for retaining one of the UK’s leading pottery firms as principal sponsor over a ten-year period.

During her 15 years in theatre, Karen has worked in venue and central roles and in 2011 she launched ATG Theatre Card in 30 theatres. Within two years, ATG Theatre Card became the largest theatre membership scheme in the UK.

With family throughout the city, Karen is delighted to be able to support the Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres and the role they play in the hearts and minds of all Liverpudlians, UK and international theatre audiences.
