Groundbreaking

January 2012. After carefully taking the old chapel building down and rescuing over 20,000 bricks, building contractors Gilbert-Ash took over the site and building began in earnest.

Topping Out

June 2013. The exciting moment when the main structure of the building was complete. Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson tops out the building by breaking a bottle of Everyman beer on the highest part of the new fly tower.
