A 1 hour Vinyasa style class, suitable for all, including complete beginners. Linking breath and movement, the aim is to find balance between the working body and the working mind. A grounded, well rounded practice to wake the mind, the body and the senses. Feel invigorated and grounded, ready to float into the weekend.
