Join the team behind two of Liverpool's most iconic cultural venues and help keep world-class theatre running over our busiest period. Working across the Everyman and Playhouse, you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, welcoming and inspiring spaces that support productions, events, community programmes and audiences.
This is far more than a traditional facilities role. No two days are the same. One day you could be carrying out repairs, supporting contractors and undertaking compliance checks; the next, you’ll be helping prepare our buildings for a major production, event or community activity.
Working as part of a small, supportive Estates team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across production, operations and customer experience to ensure our venues remain safe, compliant and operational. We’re looking for practical, proactive people who take pride in delivering high standards.
We recognise that great facilities experience can come from a variety of environments, so if you have transferable skills and believe you could thrive in the role, we’d love to hear from you.
Please read all the information in the job pack and then submit a CV and / or a covering letter or email to tell us about yourself and your experience; to share with us your reasons for applying for the post and any other information you believe is relevant.
We’re trying to make our application process as open and accessible as possible, so if you are experiencing any barriers to accessing the information, and would like this pack in a different format, or would like to submit your application in a different way, then please contact our recruitment team via the email address below, or by calling us on 0151 706 9113. We’re always happy to discuss any requirements that candidates may have as a disabled person; someone with parental or caring responsibilities; or other reasons, and we’ll always try to make any adjustments possible to make participation easier.
