Playfully adapted by Patrick Barlow – writer of hit comic thriller The 39 Steps – this warm, witty and inventive show delivers tender moments and hilarious comedy as Christmas works its irresistible magic.

After 17 years as our artistic director, Gemma Bodinetz says goodbye to Liverpool audiences in the way she knows best – by creating a spellbinding treat for the whole family. A Christmas Carol will warm hearts, conjure smiles, and remind us all that shared joy can raise the lowest of spirits – even in the most extraordinary times.
