Whether climbing out of a smoking coffin singing a heavy metal ballad or jumping over a fish pond in slippers and a dressing gown.. Eithne Browne has had an interesting and fairly successful 40 plus year career.

Coming late into the business at 28 when asked to join the chorus of the first production of Blood Brothers at the Liverpool Playhouse the following years have bought work on stage, screen, radio, classrooms, hospitals and the world famous Mersey Ferry.

Favourite plays include Brick up the Mersey Tunnels, Shirley Valentine, Billy Liar, Two, Tartuffe, A Month in the Country, Abigail’s Party to name a few..More recently Work it Out for Home Manchester and a tour of Maggie May for which she received a nomination for Best Performance in a Play from UK Theatre Awards.

As part of The Complete Walk, marking the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death, Nick directed short films of Henry VI Part 2, Henry VI Part 3 and Titus Andronicus for Shakespeare’s Globe.

Nick trained at the Guildhall as an actor and has worked extensively in most major theatres in the country. He was formerly joint artistic
director of The Milton Rooms. Nick was the Associate Director of the Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse between 2014 and 2019.

Tommo is a dramaturg for text and production, and a director of new writing. Before becoming New Works Associate at Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse, he was Literary Associate for the Women’s Prize for Playwriting.
