Come one, come all, and join us at THE STAR this Christmas, as we re-open the doors for your enjoyment and delight, with a magical, mammoth, marvellous and mesmerising Music Hall ENTERTAINMENT!
Sing along to Don’t Dilly Dally On The Way, The Old Bush and Bull, The Boy I Love Is Up In The Gallery and HUNDREDS MORE. Have a right old knees-up, laugh, cry, be DAZZLED and AMAZED by the most SPLENDID SHOW EVER!!! (having been some weeks in preparation). For the CHRISTMAS PERIOD ONLY!! (but also in January), let us enthral, scandalise and tickle you half to death with motley amazements.
The MAGNIFICENT MR. MICHAEL STARKE will perform the mystical feat of taking us back in time to the Golden Era of glorious MUSIC HALL. Writer EXTRAORDINAIRE Mr Michael Wynne, who drew packed crowds for his famous Hope Place and The Knocky and CELEBRATED director Mr. Philip Wilson, previously of The Norman Conquests and Noises Off, delve into the theatrical history of The Star Music Hall (henceforth known as The Playhouse). Watch as they ASTOUND us with a story of onstage magic, backstage deception, new (and old) love, a DASTARDLY plot and all manner of drama and mayhem in the wings.
