You can choose to add refund protection when booking online or by phone, and you’ll be covered if you can’t attend due to accidents, illness, severe weather, rail strikes, and more.

What’s covered?
If you or someone in your party can’t attend, you may be eligible for a full refund. Check the full list of reasons in their terms and conditions.

How to add it:
You’ll be offered the option at checkout to Select Secure My Booking or when booking by phone. The cost is automatically calculated based on your order value. By adding it, you confirm you’ve read and accepted the terms and conditions.

How to claim:
Visit www.ticket-refunds.com within 60 days of the event and follow the online steps. You’ll need to provide supporting documentation.
