During the run of Death of a Salesman, the Everyman will become an immersive Afro‑centric Scouse environment curated by Associate Creative Director Yusra Warsama inspired by Director Tristan Fynn‑Aiduenu and the creative team. The whole building will come alive with art, stories and textures drawn from the themes of the show and rooted in Liverpool’s African, Caribbean and Black heritage.
You’re invited to explore, take part and make the space your own – extending your experience beyond the auditorium, before the show begins and long after it ends.

NOMADIC TENT INSTALLATION ART
An interactive exhibition that encourages its viewers to become a part of a conversation about the city they call home. Enter into the tent – and join the conversation. Audiences will be offered the chance to respond to questions and provocation, with the aim of building community for freelancers. Step into this living room and have a natter.
LITERATURE AND PODCAST CORNER
Come and lose yourself in a good book, or listen to an enthralling podcast in our cosy corner. All of the literature provided has similar themes to Death Of A Salesman, and there will be a podcast available to listen to via QR code/our headphones.
TALKING HEADS – SEAFARER ARCHIVES
In this exhibition, we have a series of footage from Seafarers of Liverpool. Most of the footage is from ‘’Cruel Sea’’, a project from the Everyman over a decade ago. This has been pieced together from our archives and Liverpool Library.
