If you have opted to receive paper tickets in the mail, please remember to bring these with you. If you have selected paper tickets for collection, they’ll be ready for you to pick up at the Box Office. We may also send you digital tickets to compliment your printed set in a link via SMS.

If you have selected digital tickets, they were emailed to you at point of purchase and will be sent via SMS ahead of your visit. These should be loaded up on your smartphone, ready for our team to check, and cannot be printed at home.

Double check your confirmation email to ensure you’ve selected the option to have the tickets sent to you. Tickets are posted second class, so do allow four working days for them to arrive. If they still haven’t arrived in time for your visit, come to the box office when you arrive and ask for a reprint. We’ll ask for the name and postcode the tickets were booked under, and if you have the order number, that would help us locate your account even quicker.

All of our tickets are sold as non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled.

We always advise customers to ask friends and family if they want to use the tickets first, or move to another date of the same show for a £2 exchange fee.We can’t refund any ticket prices that are less than what you originally paid and if you’re moving to a more expensive show you’ll have to pay the difference.

If neither of the above options are viable for you, as a last resort you can always ask us to try to resell them for you, but it can be risky. There are restrictions, so please ask at box office.

Yes we do, Gift Vouchers are available to buy at either the Everyman or Playhouse Box Office, or online here. Vouchers can be purchased for any amount (minimum £10) and vouchers bought from Box Office presented in a gift card and envelope ready to gift to your loved one, vouchers purchased online will be emailed.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase and can be redeemed online, over the phone or at Box Office.

No. Reselling a ticket for profit or for personal or commercial gain makes the ticket(s) void. 

You need to register for an account so we can capture your name and address to link to your card payment for security reasons.

No, children under 18 months can be classified as babes in arms and won’t need their own ticket. Please check with us before booking to ensure this is being offered for the performance you are looking to book for.

The baby will need to sit on someone’s knee, and if they become noisy you’ll be expected to limit any disturbance by taking them outside the auditorium.

We can exchange your tickets subject to availability, but we would only refund in the event of a cancelled performance. You can read more about this on our terms and conditions page here.

This can vary by production and are sometimes cheaper. The view is either restricted by a pillar a foot in width (at the Playhouse) other audience members, or the set of the production.

We don’t operate a waiting list, so anything returned for sale will be available to buy on our website.

We don’t currently offer a discount for over 60s.

We offer a free companion ticket if required, for anyone with an access requirement. If you would like to discuss access requirements at either theatre, call our box office team on 0151 709 4776 – Mon to Sat, 10am to 5pm. 

We suggest arriving at least half an hour before the start of the show to ensure you’re able to grab a drink, have a trip to the loo, find your seat and get settled in time for the start.  However as long as you’re in your seat for the advertised start time, that’s fine.

Yes! You can pre-order drinks and other treats and they’ll be ready to collect when you arrive or during the interval – whichever you choose.
