A free space to write and think at the Everyman.
The Writers’ Room is a quiet space where you can escape for a few hours to work on your current play, organise a table read or dip into our extensive script library.
Whenever the Everyman is open, so is the Writers’ Room – you can find our opening times here – and we encourage you to drop in and work alongside other members of our creative community.
We do offer booking for groups (e.g. dramaturgy, table reads, discussions). Bookings are written up on the Writers’ Room door each day, and you’re always welcome to work in the Theatre Bar if the space is in use.
If you’d like to check availability before coming, you can email us or call Box Office – 0151 709 4776. Booking enquiries on behalf of a group are via email.
Please read our Code of Conduct in advance (see below), and note that scripts from the script library may not be taken out of the Writers’ Room.
