A free space to write and think at the Everyman.
The Writers’ Room is a quiet space where you can escape for a few hours to work on your current play, or dip into our extensive script library.
Whenever the Everyman is open, so is the Writers’ Room.
If you’d like to book the room in advance, you can – or you can just turn up and drop into the space, if there isn’t a writing or play reading group in situ. Any groups that are booked in for that day will be written up on the door, so it’s easy to check.
If you would like to book time in the room in advance, or make an enquiry on behalf of a writing or play reading group, please email newworks@everymanplayhouse.com and we’ll try to accommodate.
If you’d prefer just to drop in, you can find our opening times below.
Please note that scripts from the script library may not be taken out of the Writers’ Room.
